Freshly and lovingly prepared

Whether just for a snack or for full-on culinary delights: Enjoying our delicacies here at the Sonnalm always provides refreshment for body and soul.

In the self-service area, our specialities to really spoil you are delicious, yet prepared quickly, such as savoury
Kaspress dumplings, hearty cheese Spätzle or a crispy Wiener Schnitzel.

 

NEW: our delicious pizzas, fresh from the oven.

 

Of course, the apple and curd-cheese strudels are home-made, and are sure to sweeten any skiing day.
In the restaurant with its
Kaminstube complete with a fireplace, cosy Jagastube and lounge, we also lovingly prepare more elaborate, fresh dishes. From the open barbecue comes the aroma of mouth-watering grilled prawns, steaks, and much more besides.

The basic produce (beef, game, dairy products, etc.) is mostly from our own organic farm, Auhof, in St. Johann im Pongau.

To accompany your favourite dishes, we're also happy to serve fine wines from our well-stocked cellar. Take a look at our extensive wine list!
